Most high schools in Bulgaria have student hostels for temporary use.

Foreign students, who are trained under bilateral agreements or orders of the Bulgarian state authorities, are entitled to accommodate in student dormitories. Commission on socio-domestic issues accommodates them at the request of Ministry of Education.

Foreign students, who pay for their education, are being accommodates in student dormitories only if there are rooms available.

Each university applies a different payment policy. Fees varies between 30 euro and 50 euro per month.
