Owners of stories or parts of floors are obliged not to interfere with other owners and residents to use common parts of the building and does not violate their right to exclusive use of their facilities.

Do not carry on its floor activities that create trouble for other owners and occupants of more than usual, without the consent of the General Building Assembly.

Cleaning the snow in front of residential blocks and commercial premises is the responsibility of people living and working in them.
