Libraries 
Libraries in Bulgaria is an institution and a building, where various materials are collected, preserved and situated as well as information services are offered: books, newspapers, magazines, Internet, video tapes, dvd that might be with a common or limited access.
Public libraries in Bulgaria provide free basic library services.  Museums and galleries
Varna attracts tourists with cultural and historical attractions. In Varna, there is a number of old museums, picture galleries and festivals. Every year Varna participates in the program “Night of museums and galleries” where 50 museums from all over the Europe are involved.
